Professional & Leadership Coaching

When you're the one expected to have the answers, where do you go with your questions?

Being a professional or a manager often means making decisions, managing expectations, and navigating situations that don’t come with clear instructions.

Sometimes you’re doing well on paper, but something doesn’t feel quite right. Sometimes you’re facing a change, a difficult conversation, or a decision you’ve been putting off.

Coaching gives you space to explore what’s happening, understand your options, and move forward with intention.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You’re taking on more responsibility and questioning how to handle it.
  • You find yourself overthinking decisions or second-guessing your judgment.
  • You’re navigating a career transition or reconsidering what you want.
  • You want to communicate more effectively or handle difficult conversations.
  • You find it difficult to achieve some goals or wondering whether you’re setting the right ones.
  • You want to get better with the reactions and ways of working.

Let me help you create the space where you can give yourself the time and attention you rarely have during a busy working day.

What we can work on

Leadership & Self-Awareness

Understand how you respond to pressure, interact with others, and approach responsibility. Develop a leadership style that feels both effective and authentic.

Communication & Relationships

Reflect on challenging interactions, expectations, boundaries, and how you want to show up in professional relationships.

Clarity & Decision-Making

Explore competing priorities, examine assumptions, and make decisions that reflect what really matters to you.

Career & Professional Transitions

Navigate uncertainty, changing roles, new responsibilities, or the question of what comes next.

These aren’t fixed programmes.
They’re starting points for conversations shaped around your situation.

How I work

My role isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to listen carefully, ask questions that invite new perspectives, and help you examine what might be getting in your way.

Our conversations are confidential, thoughtful, and focused on what matters to you.

We may explore beliefs, habits, decisions, relationships, or specific situations. When useful, we’ll identify practical steps you want to experiment with between sessions.

There’s room for uncertainty, humour, difficult questions, and new perspectives.

A typical coaching session:

1. We start with what matters today.

You bring a situation, question, or goal. We clarify what you’d like to get from the conversation.

2. We explore.

Through questions, reflection, and different perspectives, we look beyond the obvious and make space for new understanding.

3. We decide the next steps.

You leave with your own insights and, when appropriate, an action or experiment you want to try.

There’s no standard answer and no predetermined outcome.

Who is coaching for?

I primarily work with professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, and people navigating changes in their working lives. You don’t need a particular job title, and you don’t need to have a perfectly defined goal.

What matters is your willingness to reflect, question, and take responsibility for your own choices.

The sessions are mostly online.

Frequently asked questions

Is coaching the same as consulting or mentoring?

No. In coaching, we focus on helping you develop your own understanding and decisions rather than providing instructions or expert solutions.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

Not necessarily. Sometimes finding clarity about the question is part of the work.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on your goals and circumstances. We can discuss a suitable approach during our first conversation.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is an essential part of the coaching relationship. We’ll clarify the relevant boundaries before starting.

How does the discovery call work?

We will have a 20-minute call where we’ll explore where you’re at and where you’d like to be. And if coaching is the right way to get you there.

You can start without having all the answers.
