My approach combines coaching, training, and self-awareness tools like Human Design and Inner Development Goals to help individuals and organizations find their full potential.

My story

From a young age, I was a free spirit—climbing trees, exploring nature, and questioning the world around me. As I grew older, I found myself caught between expectations and authenticity. I became the “good girl” who fit in, yet inside, I was driven by something deeper: a refusal to conform to anything that didn’t align with who I truly was. I didn’t have an easy childhood, but I did develop something I would later recognize as my greatest asset: resilience. Eventually, the inner conflict reached a breaking point—I stopped trying to fit in and chose to forge my own path.

Even through adversity, I learned something that shaped my leadership philosophy today: true strength comes from self-awareness, self-trust, and the ability to lead from within.

Entrepreneurial spirit

By the time I was finishing high school, I was already shaping my career in digital design—a field that led me into the corporate four walls of a marketing agency. For seven years, I followed the traditional career path, working in a fast-paced business environment. Until one day, I realized I wanted more than just a career—I needed freedom, purpose, and real impact. In 2020, I took a leap of faith and launched my own business. I tripled my earnings, proving to myself that success comes in many ways.

Entrepreneurship came with new challenges—self-doubt, chaos, and the pressure to perform at my best every single day. This forced me to develop what I now teach to others: self-management, personal power, and energy management.

Public speaking & leadership

In 2019 I joined Toastmasters International—a decision that opened my world to public speaking and leadership training. Since then, I have taken on leadership roles including:

  • Vice President of Education (twice)
  • Vice President of Membership
  • Area Director for Genova, Como, and Monza (Italy)

I have hosted workshops, organized public speaking events, and mentored others in developing their presence. 

Why does this matter for leaders and managers? Because communication is leadership. Every time you speak in front of your team, negotiate a deal, or inspire others, you are influencing. Great leaders are great communicators, and my mission is to help professionals develop this essential skill.

Well-being = performance

My obsession with well-being started early: since I found an old book on self-care in my grandmother’s bookshelf. Coming from a family where obesity and heart disease are concerns, I became dedicated to taking care of my body, mind, and environment.

Today, well-being is a non-negotiable part of my life and my coaching philosophy. I practice a zero-waste lifestyle to protect both my health and the planet, nurture mindfully and exercise daily. But well-being is not just about physical health. It’s about mental clarity, emotional resilience, and energy management.

For leaders and professionals, well-being is not just a personal choice—it’s a performance strategy. Burnout, stress, and poor self-care lead to weak leadership, poor decisions, and lost productivity. That’s why my work integrates well-being as a core part of leadership development. If you want to lead at your highest potential, you need to take care of your energy, your mind, and your body. This is not a luxury; it’s a business strategy.

Mission-driven work

After building multiple businesses, working with startups, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders, I saw a pattern—growth and impact don’t come from just strategy. They come from within. I have experienced burnout, lost myself in external expectations, and searched for clarity outside myself—only to realize that the answers were always within me. And that’s why I do this work.

Today, my mission is to:
