I help people reach their goals in life and help them perform at their best.
My approach combines coaching, mentoring and different self-awareness tools, including Human Design.
If you’re curious about what brought me to this passion, here is the perfect place to find out.
My story
I’ve always been a free spirit — climbing trees, exploring nature and observing the beauty of life. As I grew older, I eventually lost that spirit – first in the culture of the “good girl”, having to fit in. And then, as that contrast was too great, to the rebellion.
Without getting too deep into the rabbit hole, my childhood was harder than I would have preferred, but it did teach me a lot about the power of resilience, self-awareness, trust, and belief in our own abilities.
Entrepreneurial spirit
By the time I finished high school, I was already working as a digital designer in a marketing agency, and I continued that route for seven years. Until one day, I realised I needed more —I longed for that free spirit, that feeling of carving my own fate and a way to make the world better.
In 2020, I launched my own business. An economically satisfying decision. Quite quickly it grew into many opportunities and two startups. Yet entrepreneurship came with challenges—self-doubt, chaos, and the pressure to perform – to work every single day. This new lifestyle taught me everything there is to know about self-, time-, and energy management.
Public speaking
In 2019, I joined Toastmasters International—a decision that opened my world to public speaking and leadership. Since then, I have taken on different leadership roles from Vice President of Education to Area Director for Genova, Como, and Monza (Italy).
The world on stage gave me the extra push to grow as a person – but also the courage to host different workshops, to organise public speaking events, and mentor others in developing a strong presence on the stage. And to think, I was the silent and shy one.
This world taught me that communication is the key to better places. We know more than others, but if we are not able to get the message through, to negotiate a deal, or to inspire others, it doesn’t really matter.
Well-being = performance
My passion for well-being started early, thanks to an old book about self-care I found in my grandmother’s bookshelf.
Today, well-being is a non-negotiable part of my lifestyle and my coaching philosophy. I live a zero-waste, non-toxic lifestyle to protect both my health and the planet. I’ve learned to take good care of my body through nourishment and daily exercise, and practice “peace of mind”, or what we call mindfulness.
Whatever your life goals are, burnout, stress, and poor self-care lead to weak leadership, poor decisions, and loss of productivity.
If I can do it, you can do it! And I can help you.
